The structure of the aluminum silicate board is mainly composed of: adhesive layer, insulation layer, wiping layer, decorative layer and accessories.

The adhesive layer is the property of the building, which is between the bottom layer and the surface layer. It is mainly cemented to bind the upper and lower layers firmly together. The fillers are mainly derived from inorganic materials.

In order to avoid and reduce the loss of steam turbine heat to the environment, the insulation layer is laid on the external surfaces of steam turbines and pipelines. The main fillers are coke gemstones, a certain amount of organic matter, moisture, and adhesives.

Finishing layers should be made of lightweight functional coatings such as decorative mortars, embellished mortars, or water-based exterior paints with outstanding air permeability. This keeps the aluminum silicate board in its light weight and aesthetic appearance.
