The Catalogue of Feed Additives (2013) (Draft for Comment) is revised on the basis of the Catalogue of Feed Additives (2008), including Appendix I and Appendix II. In Appendix I, 56 varieties were added, 2 varieties were deleted, 33 varieties were revised, and 17 new feed additive varieties in Appendix 2 of the Feed Additive Variety List (2008) were automatically transferred to Appendix 1 during the monitoring period. Appendix II shows the new feed additive varieties that are still in the monitoring period.
First, the increased variety
1. Amino acids: L-arginine hydrochloride, glutamic acid, glutamine.
2. Vitamins: 25-hydroxycholecalciferol (25-hydroxyvitamin D3).
3. Mineral elements and their complexes (chelates): calcium gluconate, amino acid copper complex (amino acid derived from hydrolyzed soy protein), amino acid iron complex (amino acid derived from hydrolyzed soy protein), amino acid manganese complex (amino acid derived from hydrolyzed soy protein), amino acid zinc complex (amino acid derived from hydrolyzed soy protein), hydroxymethionine analog chelated zinc, hydroxymethionine analog chelated manganese, hydroxymethionine analog chelated copper.
4. Enzyme preparations: amylase (produced from barley malt), cellulase (from Aspergillus niger, P. solani, Penicillium funiculosum), β-glucanase (from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, spines) Aspergillus sp., glucose oxidase (from Aspergillus niger), lipase (from Aspergillus oryzae), mannanase (from Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma longum), pectinase (from Aspergillus aculeatus), Phytase (produced from Lee's wood enzyme), keratinase (produced from Bacillus licheniformis), xylanase (produced from Aspergillus niger).
5. Microorganisms: Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Bifidobacterium animalis, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus lentus , Bacillus pumilus, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus fermentum, Propionibacterium propioni, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus paracasei.
6. Non-protein nitrogen and acidity regulators: ammonium chloride.
7. Antioxidants: tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ).
8. Anti-fungal agents, preservatives and acidity regulators: sodium sulfite, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate.
9. Coloring agents: red yeast yeast, lemon yellow, sunset yellow, amaranth, tempting red, carmine, bright blue, indigo, titanium dioxide.
10. Binder, anti-caking agent and stabilizer: polyethylene glycol 400.
11. Polysaccharides and oligosaccharides: maltodextrin.
12. Other categories: polyethylene glycol glycerol ricinoleate.

1. The English name of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate was changed to "L-Ascorbyl-2-Phosphate", and the Chinese and English names were consistent.
2. Amend the scope of application of cobalt carbonate to: ruminants, cats, dogs.
3. The pullulanase belongs to the category of amylases, and the former is incorporated into the latter.
4. The scope of application of Lactobacillus bulgaricus is revised to: farmed animals.
5. Revise the scope of application of natural lutein (from marigold) to: poultry, aquaculture animals.
6. Oregano phenol is adjusted from the "other" category to the "flavoring and flavoring" category.
7. The scope of application of xylooligosaccharides (xylo-oligosaccharides) is revised to: laying hens, piglets, and aquaculture animals.
8. Revise the scope of the source of the natural steroid saponin (from yucca) to: from yucca, cola saponin.
9. The names "S. cerevisiae culture", "S. cerevisiae extract" and "S. cerevisiae cell wall" were modified to "Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture", "Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract", and "Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall", respectively.
10. Cysteamine hydrochloride is not subject to specification limits.
11. According to the newly revised Regulations on the Administration of Feed and Feed Additives and the supporting regulations, the feed additive varieties with * in the Catalogue of Feed Additives (2008) are cancelled*. Fourth, the monitoring period will automatically transfer to the feed additive of Appendix 1
