The beam is fixed without lifting, two vertical grinding heads, and one horizontal grinding head are respectively installed on both sides of the beam. The two vertical grinding heads and the horizontal grinding head can be used for horizontal movement and vertical adjustment and lifting. Each grinding head is equipped with a diamond roller grinding wheel forming and trimming device, which is mounted on the grinding head carriage to realize dressing compensation and feeding. The bed and the workbench adopt a double V-shaped guide rail pair, and the worktable rail is a plastic guide rail. The table is vertically moved hydraulically for stepless speed regulation.
