The coating operation is mainly the operation and application problems of the spray gun. Improper use of the spray gun can cause coating coating defects. Second, the coating is too thick, mainly manifested as sag phenomenon, the coating surface is dry and the deep layer does not dry, the phenomenon of coating crust. Gun distance
The distance between the mouth of the spray gun and the object to be coated is called the gun distance, and the distance between the gun is 300 to 400 mm. The gun distance is too small, the spraying pressure is too large, the recoil force is also large, the coating unevenness is prone to occur, and the spray width (sector width) is small, so that the sprayed material is excessively sprayed locally and the coating film is too thick. The gun distance is too large, the spray pressure loss is large, the paint is easy to dissipate, and the spray width is too large, so that the sprayed material is too little locally, and the coating film cannot reach the thickness requirement.
2. Spray fan angle
Spraying the fan and the surface to be coated should be perpendicular to each other. When manually operating the spray gun, it should be noted that each spraying width should not be too large, otherwise the inconvenience caused by the operation will cause obvious changes in the angle of the spray fan, resulting in uneven coating.
3. Spray gun running direction and speed
The direction of the spray gun should always be parallel to the surface of the object to be coated and perpendicular to the spray fan to ensure the uniformity of the coating. The operating speed of the spray gun should be stable, preferably 300~400mm/s. The operating speed is unstable, the coating thickness is not uniform, the running speed is too fast, the coating is too thin, and the too slow coating is too thick.
(III) Finishing work after painting
When finishing or temporary paragraphs of painting construction, attention should be paid to finishing work.
1. Cleaning of spray equipment
