Nissan announces latest wireless charging station

According to European worldcarfans on December 10, Nissan recently announced relevant information on a wireless charging system, which was described as "Future Gas Station." This wireless charging system, jointly developed by Nissan and Foster Architects, is a roadside wireless charging device for electric vehicles like the Nissan Leaf. Although Nissan did not describe this wireless charging station excessively, the picture showed that the system installed a LED indicator that shows the location of the sensor charger. Once the owner parks the vehicle near the charger, the indicator lamp will be green. Turns blue, indicating that charging is in progress.

Although Nissan did not demonstrate its technical details, it stated that the "Future Gas Station" equipment was an upgraded version of the 7-kilowatt wireless charging system released last month. This device can be used to charge a battery pack that is currently being developed by Nissan with a power of 60 kilowatts. Nissan also demonstrated this battery pack that can run for nearly 500 kilometers at a time.

Nissan Europe's senior product strategy general manager said: The world is constantly changing. With the increasingly frequent connections between cities, we have the ability to bring refuelling into every corner of our daily lives. The original independent gas stations may become obsolete. .

This set of "Future Gas Station" or to meet with everyone at the Geneva Motor Show in March next year is worth looking forward to.
