1. All kinds of paint materials (gasoline, paint, thinner) should be stored separately in a special warehouse, and should not be mixed with other materials. The warehouse should be well ventilated. Volatile gasoline and thinner materials should be packed in closed containers. It is strictly forbidden to smoke and use any open flame in the warehouse.
2. The construction site should have good ventilation conditions. For example, ventilation equipment must be installed during construction where the ventilation conditions are not good.
3. Wear protective glasses to avoid eye stains and injuries when using wire brushes, slabs, pneumatics, and power tools to remove rust and scales.
4. Wear protective masks when painting or painting paints that are harmful to the human body. If it is harmful to the eyes, wear closed glasses for protection.
5. When applying red rust and lead-containing paint, care should be taken to prevent lead poisoning and wear a mask when handling.
6. Open flames are not allowed for paints diluted with nitrocellulose or other volatile, flammable solvents.
7. Seat belts are required for aerial work.
8. In order to avoid accidents caused by static electricity accumulation, the grounding wire device should be installed for painting or spraying the tank.
When painting large areas, (indoor) lighting and electrical equipment must be installed in accordance with fire rating regulations.
9. When the operator feels headache, palpitations and nausea during construction, he should immediately leave the workplace and change to the air in the ventilation area. If you are still not comfortable, you should go to the hospital for treatment.
10. After the work is completed, the solvent barrels (boxes) of various paints and coatings should be sealed and sealed.
11. It is strictly forbidden to smoke when mixing ingredients or extracting flammable products. Cotton yarn and hand rubbing cloth that has been cleaned with clear oil, varnish and oil cannot be littered casually.
12. The operator should perform a physical examination. Those with eye diseases, skin diseases, bronchitis and tuberculosis should not be engaged in this operation.
13. The use of the ladder is not allowed. There must be a broken rope. It must be fastened and must not stand on the uppermost level. Do not stand on the high ladder. When working on smooth ground, the cloth should be tied or rubberized at the foot of the ladder.
14. When working at the heights such as the outer wall, outer window and outer stairs, fasten the seat belt. The seat belt should be hung low and hung in a secure place. When painting windows, it is strictly forbidden to stand or ride on the window bar. When brushing the plate or the downpipe, it should be carried out by using the scaffold or the special operating platform.
15. The paint warehouse is not allowed to enter the open fire and must be equipped with a fire extinguisher. No small sun lights are allowed.

INCOLOY®
The registered trademark name, Incoloy, is applied as the prefix name to several highly corrosion resistant high temperature strength metal alloys produced by Special Metals Corporation. These Incoloy alloys or superalloys are nickel-based alloys that exhibit traits that include good corrosion resistance in aqueous environments, excellent strength and oxidation resistance in high-temperature settings, good creep-rupture strength, and ease of fabrication.
Alloys of identical chemical and mechanical properties are available from other manufacturers and offer excellent alternatives to the various Incoloy brand alloys.
The corrosion-resistant superalloys are widely used in extreme environments where tremendous heat and corrosion resistance is paramount to the integrity of the end product. Chemical and petrochemical processing, power plants, and oil and gas industries widely use these superalloys.
Incoloy Availability
Yuhong Group supplies Incoloy 800, 800H/HT and 825 in the form of plate, sheet, strip, bar, wire, pipe, tubing, pipe fittings, and flanges.
What are the Characteristics of Incoloy ?
Good corrosion resistance in aqueous environments
Excellent strength resistance in high-temperature settings
Excellent oxidation and carburization resistance in high-temperature settings
Good creep-rupture strength
Ease of fabrication
In what Applications are Incoloy alloys used ?
Process piping, heat exchangers, carburizing equipment, heating-element sheathing, nuclear steam-generator tubing
Chemical and petrochemical processing, power plants, industrial furnaces, heat-treating equipment
Pollution-control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production, pickling equipment
Superalloys, also known as high performance alloys, have become the steel of choice for corrosion resistance and versatility.
