1) First, check whether the current line, voltage line and grounding network used for the test are short-circuited (measured by a multimeter), whether the rust on the ground pile is clean and the depth is appropriate (greater than 0.5 meters), and check the test line. The connection of the ground stakes is conductive. According to the measurement wiring diagram (2), select the ground wire and start the measurement process.
2) After checking the connection is correct, connect the instrument to AC220V/50HZ power supply and power on the instrument.
3) Press the measurement key to start measurement (in the test process, the LCD screen shows "Testing, please wait...")
4) Record the test data after displaying the test result after the instrument test is completed (this instrument can repeat the measurement many times)
5) After turning off the power of the instrument, remove the connection and the test process ends.
3, fault diagnosis instructions during instrument testing
1) If the instrument shows "high loop resistance", it means that the "current output connection" and the "current" poles are not in good contact or that the ground stakes are too small. It is necessary to increase the ground stakes and reduce the loop resistance. Ground pile is not less than 0.5 meters.
2) The instrument displays "over-range", which means that the measured resistance is greater than 15Ω.
3) The instrument shows that "grounding, current pole wiring is wrong" means that the current line or grounding line is not connected.
4) If the instrument shows "voltage pole connection error" then the voltage line may not be connected.
