Fourth, the requirements of plastic forming materials
1. Blister molding can only produce products with relatively uniform wall thickness (generally chamfered at a slightly thinner point), and can not produce plastic products with widely different wall thicknesses.
2. The wall thickness of the plastic forming is generally in the range of 1 to 2 mm or thinner (the most commonly used thickness of the blister-packed sheet for small packaging is 0.15 to 0.25 mm)

4. The dimensional accuracy of plastic forming is poor, and the relative error is generally more than one percent.
