1. Vibration aging eliminates internal stress
The vibration of the bed is aging between the surface quenching process and the subsequent grinding process. 2, using deformation compensation process
Because the deformation of the surface of the guide rail is concave in the middle, when the guide rail is being cut, the two ends of the bed are supported, and the middle is pressed downward, so that the bed body is deformed downwardly. After the processing, the pressure is released and the elastic deformation is restored. . However, the disadvantage of this method is that the labor intensity of the worker is large, and the amount of upward convexity after the shaving is relatively dispersed.
3. Improve the local joint stiffness of the bed and the guide rail
The joint rigidity of the guide rail and the bed body is increased, and the deformation can be reduced, but at the same time, the weight of the machine tool is increased, the guide rail is limited by the structure, and the cross-sectional size cannot be greatly increased. The best method is to fix the bed body during quenching. On the fixture, the ability to resist deformation is improved by means of a clamp, and when quenching, the bed is fixed to a base having a high bending strength. After the above three analysis of the deformation of the surface of the guide rail after quenching, it is concluded that the local joint rigidity of the guide rail bed is improved; when the surface is quenched, the clamp is used to clamp the bed to improve its resistance to deformation.
