The project integrates key technologies such as comprehensive management technology of pests and diseases in tea gardens, non-polluted soil fertigation technology, protection and utilization of tea garden spiders, and environmental and hygienic quality monitoring technologies, and adopts popularization and application measures such as point-to-face, materialized technological achievements, and various forms of technical publicity. Has achieved significant economic, ecological and social benefits.
During the implementation of the project, Songyang Tea Production and Demonstration Base was 74,500 mu, of which, 13,500 mu of tea plants passed the certification of pollution-free tea, green food tea and organic tea bases, and there were 6 products and 1 base of 1350. Mu tea obtained organic certification, 1,700 mu of silver monkey tea obtained a green food certificate, and 10,000 mu of tea obtained a certification of Zhejiang's green agricultural products and Zhejiang's pollution-free agricultural product base. Six kinds of new pollution-free pesticides were developed and applied. The demonstration area reached 192,000 mu. The application promoted five new types of fertilizers for tea plantations with an area of ​​93,000 mu. Tested by the China Tea Research Institute, in 2004, 100% of the pesticides in the base tea reached pollution-free standards.
