A look at the substrate type
The substrate is the main skeleton of the aluminum buckle plate, which is mainly caused by the difference in the alloy content. At present, the domestic aluminum alloy for ceiling materials is divided into five grades:
The first grade: aluminum magnesium alloy
Contains part of manganese. The material has the advantages of good anti-oxidation capability, and at the same time it has a certain strength and rigidity due to the presence of manganese, which facilitates construction and has a long service life. Southwest Aluminum has the most stable aluminum processing performance.
Second grade: aluminum manganese alloy
The strength and stiffness of the material are slightly better than those of aluminum-magnesium alloys, but the oxidation resistance is slightly lower. If both sides are protected, this shortcoming can be improved. Xi'an Aluminum and Raychem Aluminum have the most stable aluminum processing performance.
Third grade: aluminum alloy
The material has less manganese and magnesium, and its strength and rigidity are obviously lower than aluminum-magnesium alloy and aluminum-manganese alloy. Because it is soft and easy to process, as long as it reaches a certain thickness, it can basically meet the most basic flatness requirements of the ceiling. However, its antioxidant capacity is obviously poor, and it is easily deformed during processing, transportation and installation.
Fourth grade: ordinary aluminum alloy
The mechanical properties of the material are not very stable.
The fifth grade: recycling aluminum
Raw materials are aluminum processing plants that melt and roll aluminum ingots into aluminum plates, and do not control the chemical composition at all. Due to the uncontrolled chemical composition, the material properties are extremely unstable, resulting in serious unevenness on the surface of the product, deformation of the product, and extreme oxidation.
Second look surface treatment
The surface treatment is also very particular. There are three main surface treatment technologies on the market: spray coating, roller coating and lamination.

Three to see the material thickness
The thickness of the general domestic buckle plate is 0.3-0.6mm. 0.6mm is currently relatively common, and its thickness distribution is preferably 0.45mm substrate and 0.15mm film. It should be noted that if the thickness of the finished product is constant, the thickness of the coating layer is too thick, reaching 0.22 to 0.28 mm, which will result in a reduction in the amount of aluminum alloy substrate and a relatively low cost.
The price of aluminum gussets is mainly determined by the material thickness and the surface treatment process. The prices from low to high are: spray-roll-coat.
