National Machinery Industry SME Quality Work Conference Held

Abstract Recently, the National Machinery Industry SME Quality Work Conference was held in Dongguan, Guangdong. The main topic of the meeting was to implement the “Small and Medium Enterprise Service Year Activity Plan” of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, to implement the goals set by the State Council to support the healthy development of small and micro enterprises, and to further improve the national machinery, focusing on the objectives set by the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” industrial transformation and upgrading plan and the growth plan for SMEs. At the meeting, Director Wang Jianwei from the Informatization Promotion Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology gave a special report titled “Informatization Promotes the Development of SMEs”, and small and medium-sized enterprises such as Dongguan Zelong Cable, Tianjin Tianfa Heavy Hydropower, Bochuang Machinery, and Changshu Switch Manufacturing. At the meeting, the company introduced the typical experience of their respective companies in combination with the current international and domestic environment and enterprise reality, and carried out the typical experience of improving the management level of the enterprise and enhancing the core competitiveness, which benefited the participants.

With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, all relevant departments, while doing a good job in the external exchanges and cooperation of SMEs, actively cooperated with relevant departments to carry out the construction of SME service system and serve the new field of SMEs. In recent years, a number of training activities have been carried out, and experts from famous foreign small and medium-sized enterprises have been invited to give lectures in China, and introduced internationally advanced management concepts and models to improve the management level of SMEs in China. According to the development needs of SMEs, we will conduct research on corporate diagnostic consultation and SME development.
