3. The surface of the flange should be flat, clean and perpendicular to each other;
4. The gasket should be absolutely vertical;
5. The shaft should be flat and straight and the tolerance is not over H7;
6. The saw blade should be cleaned before installation. If the saw is stuck with resin, it needs to be diluted and wiped off;
7. If the saw blade has a blunt sensation, it should be repaired in time and pay attention to keep the original cutting angle of the sawtooth;
8. When grinding, not only the right diamond grinding wheel but also the cooling fluid should be used.
9. It is recommended that the saw blade reaming does not exceed 20 mm of the original hole. Otherwise, the saw blade cutting effect will be affected if the loss occurs.
10. Each installation must ensure that the flanges and gaskets are clean and flat;
11. When grinding the back angle and the saw body, be careful not to manually operate it, which will cause the sawtooth to break and the saw body to be unbalanced;
12. When installing the row saw, pay attention to the same level of the iron frame and the material table;
13. Before cutting, check that the saw blade has been installed and the one side saw blade slips on the shaft.
