5. Check the pressure gauge once every shift, and rinse the pressure gauge elbow once every three days to ensure the smooth inside of the pipeline. Manually operate two safety valves to exhaust steam once a week, and pressurize two safety valves to automatically exhaust steam every month to prevent safety accidents caused by valve seat adhesion; keep the pressure in the furnace stable, and the maximum pressure should not exceed the allowable working pressure of the safety valve.
6. Regular sewage discharge, one discharge per shift, high water level and low load when discharging sewage; and timely descaling according to the scale of the drum and hand hole.
7. Check the manhole, hand hole, other pressure parts and economizer, superheater and other airtight conditions at any time, and find that the leakage and deformation are immediately corrected; check whether the indicator lights on the control panel are normal.
8, the furnace temperature takes ten to twelve hours to produce pressure. Starting from a small fire, gradually increase the firepower; the new furnace (referring to the new repair of the furnace wall and the newly installed boiler) can produce pressure after three to seven days of temperature.
9. Perform boiler water quality testing once a day; the alkalinity of the boiler should be 6-24mmol/L; the solid dissolved matter should be less than 3500mg/L; the hardness of feed water should not be higher than 0.03mmol/L.
10. The boiler water must be treated with water. The water treatment should follow the working procedures of “countercurrent, regeneration, washing and runningâ€.
11. After the salt pump is deactivated, clean the residual brine in the pump with clean water. In the winter, the internal water should be discharged, and the antifreeze work should be done at the same time.
